“MAXICON” is one of the leading NVOCCs in SOUTH EAST ASIA and INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT with active presence in Far East, Middle East and Upper Gulf.

MAXICON provides Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) services to our customers to leverage their cargo movements around Asia. We are a specialized in the shipping of full container loads and special equipment/ project cargo all over Asia using our extensive network of 73 ports and ICDs.

Capt. Satya Srinivas

Chief Executive Officer

Capt. Satya Srinivas is the Chief Executive Officer of Seaways Group and also heads the NVOCC. He joined our Company in 2003.

He holds a Master's degree in shipping and navigation from the Director General of Shipping, India.

Capt Srini's experience includes handling of the liner activity of NVOCC business, project and sector planning for India's container feeder operations, coordination of coastal cargo movement in containers, chartering and brokering of handy-max bulkers and container feeders and liaisoning with all the mainline and feeder operators.

Sudhakar Rajulapati

GM and Country Head – Singapore

Sudhakar Rajulapati is the General Manager and Country Head of Singapore. He joined Maxicon in 2006. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He holds Master degree in Business Administration – Marketing and Diploma in Computer Application.

Sr. AGM –Operations and MNR

William Tan Boon Poh is the Senior Assistant General Manager – Sales and Operations in Singapore. He joined Maxicon in 2007. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry. He holds education of ‘O’ Level, Secondary School in Singapore.

Swaminathan is the General Manager – Finance and Accounts, Singapore. He joined Maxicon in 2014. He has overall work experience of 31 years. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Post-Graduation in Finance.

GM and Country Head – UAE

Naveeda Pawaskar is the General Manager and Country Head of UAE. She joined Maxicon in 2007. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce and Diploma in software management. She has overall work experience of 16 years.
